The Perma-Liner™ Sectional Point Repair System provides a structural repair without digging the existing pipeline or lining the entire pipeline. Pipeline video inspection has shown only 6% of the manhole to manhole sewer main needs repair. This equals 18 feet of a 300 foot sewer pipeline.
In the past 5 years there has been an increase in municipal and industrial collection system owners utilizing sectional point repairs in place of digging or lining the entire pipeline. This change has saved the municipal government agency hundreds of thousands of dollars and enabled them to repair multiple areas without additional funding.
Pipe made of Clay, Cast, PVC, Wood, etc… can now be structurally repaired in hours without disruption to traffic or sewer flow.
Perma-Liner™ Sectional Point Repair System materials are tested to meet Specification F1216 for Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP). This Specification requires the materials to be tested for a minimum design life of 50 years. Our Perma-Liner™ Sectional Point Repair testing results exceed these specifications!
Perma-Liner™ manufactures the materials in a kit package. Our Certified Installers order the kits based on length and diameter of the section of pipe needing repaired. The Perma-Liner™ Sectional Point Repair kit includes PU inner liner, fiberglass/felt wrap around mat, two-part formulated resin, and all essential accessories to assist with completing the repair.
Most Perma-Liner™ Certified Installers install 3-6 per day with a three person crew.
Since every kit is manufactured to your order, there is no mess or waste. No measuring, cutting or bulk storage. Your production is increased by utilizing your crew to install instead of figuring out resin quantities and material measurements. The Perma-Liner™ Sectional Point Repair Kit provides our installers consistency with every installation.
The industrial pipe lining provides a structural repair without the digging, or even lining the entire pipeline! An experienced Perma-LinerTM technician can provide a quick and easy installation with our flexible installation bladders. The end result is a structural repair that exceeds ASTM F1216 Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) Specification. The finished product is stronger than the original pipe with a 50 yr additional warranty of the pipe itself.
